Ari Ginsberg, PT, DPT, MSIOP is the co-founder and CEO of Motivatient. Ari completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2010 and also completed his Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2021. He is passionate about using psychology and behavioral science in provider-patient interactions to enhance the patient experience and maximize patient outcomes. Ari has provided patient experience education and consulting with many companies including Limber Health, Encore Rehab, LineDance AI, Therapy at Home, Regional Medical Center, and many more. He has also lectured on the topic of patient experience at national conferences as well as provided continuing education courses for many companies including, Psychology for the Body, Medbridge, PT Management Support Systems, Mobility Edge Rehab Systems, and Redefine Health Education.

Jared Goldstein is co-founder of Motivatient and brings extensive experience in leading and growing digital health companies. Jared has previously worked as COO of Wizecare Technologies, VP of Business Development at Centers for Advanced Orthopedics, and as a consultant for GlobalMed. He has been a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years, and was a PT practice owner for over 15 years as owner of Chesapeake Physical Therapy. His industry knowledge, expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit are key to bringing Motivatient to market.
